Set a Mark Count

Put a mark on the image to increase the counter and not count things double. This is extremely helpful for counting smaller objects.

Root length after Tennant

A well establish method to measure the root length after Tennant is directly usable in the program. No need to count the intersection manually.

Object length calculation

You can even let the program measure the length of objects directly. Comparing this against the Tennant-method showed more exact results (depending on image quality though).

Image Stack

Put many of the same images to a stack and go through them to find out what has changed. This is extremely helpful when having images from the same location over time.
